Simple booking procedure. Very friendly and helpful electrician. I made a change to what I needed when he arrived, removing one item and there was no fuss. Installed 7 new smoke alarms (hard wired). Price was much better than other quotes. Will use for future electrical needs.

Dawson Electric are fantastic! Ruby was super friendly and helped me get a quote from photos and book an electrician. Jack was extremely professional, talked me through the work on the day as well as provided advice on other electrical work and all of the work completed was top quality. I'll definitely be book future work through Dawson Electric as the experience was great from start to finish.

I had Dawson Electric install new power points in my apartment, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Jack, in particular, stood out—he was very professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what they were going to do before starting. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the service, would definitely recommend them to others, and will reach out again if I need any electrical work in the future.

Have had Jack come out and do a couple of jobs for us now and his work has been excellent each time. Great communication, kept the workspace really clean, and took the time to make the little adjustments and ensure everything was functioning correctly. The rest of the team have also been friendly and easy to communicate with when booking and scheduling.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for doing such a wonderful job at our place. The team — Sam, Jack, and Keeley — were absolutely amazing. It was a difficult job, but you made it look easy. We got a ceiling fan installed recently. The technician was super quick but also super thorough, even gave some very helpful advice and tips and tricks. We will definitely be calling them back in the not too distant future as soon as we get sick of these summer days for aircon installation.

I found Dawson Electric from an online search. The quality of the (consistent) reviews was the reason for booking. I have often found that when I call a tradesperson or trade company, I can often be left waiting for the call back. However, the team at Dawson were almost immediate. I received a call and emails discussing what I needed. I was also pleasantly surprised that I was able to get someone to the property within 7 days. The team who did the install were excellent. They installed the new induction stovetop, swiftly and left the space clear, clean and tidy and even took the old cooktop with them for disposal. I would highly recommend their services.
